Shipping & Returns
- Orders are dispatched Mondays through Fridays
- Delivery times to destinations outside Colombia are not guaranteed
- Goods will be sent using a tracking number
- Handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside Colombia. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery
- We do not deliver to P.O. Box or freight forwarding addresses
- Colombia and USA: 3-5 working days. Shipping is free
- Rest of the World: 7 – 9 working days. We charge a flat fee of $US 15 on any international order
At the moment PAPÚA does not offer an Express Delivery service
We believe in the quality of our goods and will not be happy until you are. If you are in any way unsatisfied with your order we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund on unworn, unwashed, unaltered, full priced items with receipt and tags in its original package within 14 days of the date of receipt of goods.
Please email us at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org, informing us of your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for returning the item. We will email you within 3 working days to acknowledge the request and inform you of the procedure for returns.
We do our best to process your return as quickly as possible, but please allow us up to 14 days for busy periods. Refunds will be issued to the original purchasing card. We regret that we cannot refund the original cost of postage.
